Before joining Palo Alto Networks, Janice was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales Finance at VMware, where, in addition to her responsibilities of overseeing the financial activities for the global sales organization and driving top-line growth, she also led cross-functional efforts in policies, processes, and systems to enable the company's transformation to SaaS.
Prior to VMware, Janice spent 10+ years at Cisco, holding a variety of finance leadership roles supporting R&D, Marketing, Cisco Capital and M&A.
Janice is a certified public accountant (inactive) and spent her early career in audit with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Anderson, and Seagram / Universal prior to moving into the tech industry.
