Frontier AI has fundamentally changed how software is built, deployed and attacked. As developers use AI coding assistants to accelerate development by 17x, an estimated 45% of AI-generated code introduces security issues. At the same time, adversaries use frontier models to autonomously discover vulnerable dependencies, create malicious packages and weaponize zero-day vulnerability chains in minutes — exposing the limits of manual, fragmented application security.
To protect modern software development, organizations must move beyond reactive firefighting.
Join us to discover how Cortex Cloud® enables organizations to:
- Start secure: Accelerate secure development by preventing insecure code from reaching production.
- Proactively reduce risk: Continuously identify and eliminate complex exposures to shrink attack surfaces before AI-powered threats can exploit them.
- Quickly respond to new supply chain threats: Automatically map emerging supply chain threats to your environment so teams can immediately determine exposure and take action.
Gain the advantage by autonomously reducing risk across the software development lifecycle.
Prior to joining Unit 42, Steve was the Vice President of Mandiant Consulting (Google Cloud) and was one of the company’s leading incident response experts. In his role, Steve built an international team that provided expert consulting services to Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies. He oversaw nation-state cybersecurity investigations, proactive security assessments, and Scaled/Agile transformations and implementations. He and his team helped thousands of organizations respond to security breaches orchestrated by organized criminals and ransomware groups, foreign governments, and hacktivists. Steve also created a global victim notification and external threat intelligence outreach program preventing countless intrusions internationally.
Prior to his time at Mandiant, Steve worked as a lead technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
