About Women's Leadership Summit

One of the most significant outcomes of the past two years has been a redefinition of leadership as organisations rethink ways of working, managing and building relationships.

The pandemic brought the importance of attributes including empathy, connectedness, communication and resilience to the forefront.

Women are uniquely placed to make their mark in the post-pandemic era not only as leaders, but also as they make an impact on much more than just the corporate bottom line creating what could quite possibly be the next paradigm shift in the way organisations operate.

Our first Women’s Leadership Summit will bring together some of Asia-Pacific’s most inspiring female leaders from across a wide range of industries in an engaging, interactive series of sessions where they will share their experiences, learnings and insights on a wide range of topics including:

- The impact that women leaders are having and can have on organisations
- Steps organisations can take to attract and retain top leadership talent including providing environments that nurture top talent and enable their growth
- The skills and attributes required to be a leader in today’s workplace including the shifts women are making once they step into leadership roles.
