Larry Becker

Advisor IT Security Analyst

In an era where cyberthreats are as diverse and elusive as ever, threat actors utilize tactics ranging from “smishing” – a social engineering attack involving targeted SMS messages – to niche penetration testing and forensics tools designed to clear their tracks and evade detection. Join us for from-the-trenches insights from our Unit 42 Threat Intelligence experts in an exclusive, interactive roundtable for our Retainer clients.

You’ll get a real-world view of the behavior of a threat actor known as Muddled Libra, also referred to as Scattered Spider. In the process, you’ll learn how threat intelligence can help you assess and transform your proactive cybersecurity mindset – and gain practical guidance to better safeguard your organization.

Discussion topics will include:

  • How Muddled Libra uses a mixture of social engineering and technical skill in attacks.
  • Harnessing threat intelligence to improve reactive and proactive cybersecurity strategies.
  • Best practices with practical guidance to protect your organization.
  • Using your Unit 42 Retainer to proactively improve your security posture.
