Jason Frame is the Chief Information Officer for the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Frame has more than 25 years of information technology experience, including the last 11 at SNHD, specifically in the fields of innovation, process improvement and application development with the majority of that experience being in government and government contractor operations. As CIO at SNHD, he is responsible for operational and capital budgets of over $7 million. In this role, Frame has led development of many custom web and mobile applications that have improved customer services and streamlined the operations for the Health District. He is responsible for more than 25 professional, technical employees and contractors. Frame earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), followed by a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and Entrepreneurship from UNLV.
Andy grew up up in San Jose California where he studied the culinary arts and technology at a very early age. In his mid 20's he worked in the Monterey Bay area as a technology consultant providing client/server solutions as well as full networking support. Andy later moved to southern California and continued working in the technology space until finally landing in Chandler Arizona in 2006. In 2007 Andy took a contract with the City of Chandler as a Novell consultant and has been there ever since. Initially focused on Server / Storage technologies Andy has grown to manage and support a variety of Infrastructure and Security services. Today Andy manages the City of Chandler Converged Infrastructure Team who's vision includes all things infrastructure including a maturing automation and orchestration program. Chandler is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona and a suburb of the Phoenix, Arizona, Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is bordered to the north and west by Tempe, to the north by Mesa, to the west by Phoenix, to the south by the Gila River Indian Community, and to the east by Gilbert. As of 2019, the population is estimated at 261,160.
Jason is an accomplished technology executive with over 25 years of experience driving innovation and transformation initiatives across global organizations. Jason collaborates with CIOs, CTOs, and other technology leaders on strategies aimed at enabling business outcomes.
Jason is currently the Global Field Chief Technology Officer for Prisma Access at Palo Alto Networks. Recent previous experience includes; leading Zscaler’s global business value consulting practice, and eight years at GE; enabling GE’s cloud journey through delivering network transformation solutions.
David is the Global Field CTO for Rubrik working with enterprise customers and global partners on leveraging the Rubrik Cloud Data Management platform to drive their digital transformations forward. An experienced technology executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading fast paced innovative companies and public sector organizations. David previously served as the Vice President of Data Classification for HyTrust, a leader in workload security. He was a founding member and CTO of DataGravity, the pioneer in data aware storage, leading to acquisition by HyTrust. Prior to starting DataGravity, he was the Global Director of Technical Operations at Veeam Software and the former CTO for Kane County, IL. An industry recognized technical visionary; he has presented at numerous conferences including VMworld, RSA Conference, and Black Hat. He resides in Tampa, FL and co-leads the Tampa VMware Users Group.
